Strontium Nitrate

Identification:

Chemical Name: Strontium Nitrate

Synonyms: Strontium Nitrate Hexahydrate

CAS No.: 10042-76-9

Relative molecular mass:211.63

Molecular Formula: Sr(NO3)2

Properties:

Colorless crystallization or white podwer, relative density: 2.986. Melting point: 570℃. Easily dissolve in  water, liquid ammonia, slightly soluble in anhydrous alcohol and actone. Decompose to emit oxygen by heating and become strontium nitrite, emit nitrogen monoxide and dioxide to produce strontium oxide by further heating.
