Green monoclinic system crystal. Relative density:2.05. Melting point: 56.7℃. Boiling point: 136.7℃. Easily dissolve in water, liquid ammonia, ammonia water, alcohol, slightly soluble in acetone. It can absorb the humidity, deliquesce rapidly in humid air, slightly airslake in the dry air. Burn and explode contacting with organic matter. Venomousness.

Application:

Used in making nickelage chrome of electroplate in order to make facture of plating coat meticulous. Used in making other nickel salt and catalyst containing nickel. Aso uses in making storage battery. Used as pigmentation of colored glaze(brown) in ceramic industry.
