Insoluble Sulfur-IS series

 IS-60,IS-6005,IS6010

Identification:

Chemical Name: Insoluble Sulfur

Synonym: Polymeric sulfur

CAS No.: 9035-99-8
Molecular Formula: Sμ or S∞

Properties: Insoluble sulfur can prevent the blooming of rubber during its store. No migration in adjacent layers of rubber. Insoluble sulfur can disperse uniformly in rubber, so it can prevent the conglomeration of sulfur, and reduce the tendency of being scorched during store. Shorten the vulcanization time. Insoluble sulfur exists in rubber in a dispersive state. It has a better viscosity, and at the same time can ensure the outer appearance of the products with light color.

Application:

It widely used in the industry of rubber, tyre, rubber tube, conveyer belt and other sizing material which joined with rubber and frame, its advantage is improving the quality of tires by lengthening the tire mileage and improving the abrasion resistance.

Packing Storage:

25kg N.W. /bag, in plastic fabric laminated kraft bags lined with plastic bags.

Store closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. The temperature should be kept under 40℃, as I.S. will turn to be common sulfur  when the temperature reach  100℃-130℃; keep away from alkaline, amine; fire prevention, thermal prevention, moisture proof, and anti-caking.
