Properties:

White or colorless crystalline powder or granules, odorless and soluble in water. Sodium Saccharin is an artificial sweetener with effectively no food energy. Its sweet degree is about 500 times sweeter than that of sugar, but has a bitter or metallic aftertaste, especially at high concentrations.
