Properties: Sorbitol is a kind of White crystalline granule or powder and its liquid is colorless and transparent with a little sweet taste. Sorbitol is a new kind of sweetener made from purified glucose as material via hydrogenation refining ,concentrating .When it was absorbed by human body ,it spreads slowly and then oxidizes to fructose ,and takes part in fructose metabolization. It doesn't affect blood sugar and uric sugar. Hence, it can be used as sweetener for diabetics. With high-moisture-tatiblizing , acid-resisitance and non-ferment nature ,it can be used as sweetener and humectant.

Both liquid and crystal sorbitol should be stored in a cool, shaded, dry environment, away from sunlight. Do not store it together with poisonous or harmful goods in order to avoid pollution. For better results, especially for longer periods, crystal sorbitol storage should be around 65% relative humidity and 25 celsius.
