Application:

In food processing industry, it is used as acid regulator ,chelate agent, stabilizer, antibiotic oxidizer, emulsifier, flavor regluator, used in dairy product, jellies, jam, meat, tinned pastry. Used as emulsifier in cheese and used in citrus freshening. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalimia, potassium depletion and alkalization of urine.
