Properties:

White crystal or crystalline powder and ease to be effloresced. Its crystal water is total lost on 150oC. Decomposed when temperature is too high. It dissolves in water, but not in alcohol.

Application:

Sodium Citrate and Sodium Citrate anhydrous is mainly used to enhance flavor and maintain stability of active ingredients in foods and beverages. In detergent industry, it can replace sodium tripolyphosphate(STPP) as a kind of assistant. It can also be used in fermentation, injection, photography and metal plating.
