Properties:
SDA is a compound of sodium acetate and acetic acid, associated with a short hydrogen bond. It is a kind of white hygroscopic crystalline powder, easy to absorb moisture, very easy to dissolve in the water, to decompose when heated above 150oC.

Application:
Sodium diacetate has the features of high efficient antiseptic, retain freshness and nutritive value improving function. It is widely used in food and feed industry. In industrial field it is used homogenization agent, mordant and acidulant and PH modifier. In food industry, as new-type grain, beverage additives of food, used in operation of toasts food, candy, fat, meat products, oil, soy sauce, pastry, soup custard and powder stock, etc..
Packing, Storage Transportation:
Packing in complex bag of kraft-plastics of 25KGS net.
It should be stored indoor in a well ventilated and dry room. Prevent exposure to dampness, sunlight and rain.
During transportation, the products should be moved gently to prevent damaging the packing bags.
